Guaranteed Rate Field (New Comiskey Park) 333 West 35th Street Chicago
We are looking to have our first in-person event in a long time. The Chicago Actuarial Association is sponsoring our annual actuarial group outing to a baseball game at Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox, as they meet the Detroit Tigers. Comiskey Cash will be provided at the game to recent exam takers, supervisors, proctors, and organizers. Since we did not have an event last year, we are counting all exams October 2019 or later. All other members and attendees will be responsible for their own food & drinks.
Date: Friday, October 1st. Game begins at 7:10 p.m.

Tickets are only $10 for exam participants and dues-paid members of the Chicago Actuarial Association. Other guest tickets are $15.
At the ballpark, all exam takers (those who have taken an exam or submitted a report for formal grading since October 1, 2019) will get $20 in Comiskey Cash by presenting a photo ID and their original ticket of admission to the exam (or other proof, such as exam results; for FAP modules, please bring proof of registration or progress). Note that an exam taker qualifying by taking the FAP modules must have submitted the FA since 10/1/19 to qualify — the EOM exercises do not count.
Other guests will be responsible for their own cash expenditures.

These tickets are limited, so the sooner you purchase your tickets, the better. Like previous years, tickets will be distributed electronically by e-mail before game day.

Due to the wide range of exam dates, exam sessions are never actually over, so no date is convenient for everyone. We hope that students taking exams in October and November will be able to take a break from studying and join us anyway.
