May 2001 Bowling Party

Topic:  Student Fun After Exams
Exams will be over, and it will be time to have some fun.  We are sponsoring a bowling party.  Admission to the event includes shoe rental, 2.5 hours of bowling, and food (pizza, hot dogs, soda pop, beer).  A full-service cash bar is available.

Date:  Wednesday, May 23, 2001 (See below for the bowling results)
     4:30  Registration (note the later start time)
     5:00 Bowling begins
     5:30 Food is served

Location: AMF Marina City Lanes
    
Marina City
     300 N. State Street, Chicago
     (Just north of the Chicago River)

Parking: For those not walking nor taking the CTA/Metra, validated parking for $10.75 is available at State & Kinzie (just north of Marina City, near the Hertz car rental).  Also, the State Street bridge is closed, and Marina City recommends that if you are driving from the loop, use either the Wabash or Dearborn bridge.

Cost for Members and Non-members:  $15.
But as a special incentive for exam takers to attend, if you took an actuarial exam in May, bring in a copy of your admission ticket and your cost will be
$0FREE !!
