Term Conversion Survey Results

Session Description:

The SOA has engaged RGA to complete a two phase study that covers survey results in phase 1 and experience results in phase 2 related to term conversions. This session will discuss the preliminary survey results of the SOA conversion study. Attendees will gain insight into how some companies are administering, encouraging and making assumptions related to term conversions.

Donna is Vice President and Actuary at RGA in the US Mortality Markets division where she manages client services. She coordinates services provided by RGA such as benchmarking, client experience studies, and product development. She formerly worked on product development and pricing for Milliman, Lincoln Financial, Zurich Life and CNO, focusing on term product development. She is an active member of the SOA and American Academy of Actuaries. She is an FSA and MAAA.
