Summer Fun at the Ballpark

10 Aug 2017 - 7:10 pm - 10 pm

Guaranteed Rate Field (New Comiskey Park) 333 West 35th street Chicago, IL 60616

Your spring actuarial exam is behind you, and you’re either celebrating or resolving to do better next time.  Either way, it’s time to have some fun! The Chicago Actuarial Association is sponsoring our annual actuarial group outing to a baseball game at Guaranteed Rate Field, home of the Chicago White Sox, as they meet the Houston Astros. Comiskey Cash will be provided at the game to exam takers, supervisors, proctors, and organizers. Other attendees will be responsible for their own food & drinks. You’ll also get a free T-shirt if you are one of the first 10,000 fans to arrive at the ballpark!

Date: Thursday, August 10, 2017. Game begins at 7:10 p.m.

Location: Guaranteed Rate Field (New Comiskey Park), 333 West 35th Street, Chicago, IL 60616
Tickets are only $10 for exam participants and $15 for members of the Chicago Actuarial Association. Other guest tickets are $20. At the ballpark, all exam takers will get $15 in Comiskey Cash by presenting a photo ID and their original ticket of admission to the exam (or other proof, such as exam results; for FAP modules, please bring proof of registration or progress). Exam supervisors, proctors, and organizers will also get the $15 in Comiskey Cash by presenting a photo ID if their name is on Pat Pruitt’s list of exam volunteers. Members and other guests will be responsible for their own cash expenditures.
